Arsy's long and successful life insurance career began in 1989 with Equitable Life Insurance Company. He was a captive agent and became the number one producer of Fidelity Union Life Agency, based in Los Angeles, California for three (3) years from 1990 to 1992. In 1993, he joined Helping Build Wealth (HBW), a fast growing marketing brokerage company in Simi Valley, California. He received numerous awards for being their top life premium producer and number one recruiter, with over seven hundred life insurance licensed brokers under his wings from 1993 to 1995.

In 1996, Arsy established his own independent marketing company which he named Wealth Financial Life Insurance Services (WFL), and eventually was incorporated in 2000. WFL’s mission is “Providing Genuine Opportunities for Life Insurance Brokers and Brokerage Agencies all over the United States, as well as offering the Best Products and Programs for the Client's life insurance, financial and retirement needs.”
